ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using USPS standard is 2 - 10 days mailing service. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can exchange any product or gift that you're not satisfied with—for whatever reason. And we'd love to help you find something else. But if you'd prefer a refund, no problem: ship the product back to us with the receipt. We cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care, so please contact us.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at customerservice.greenash@gmail.com. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
Refunds will not be issued for partially used products or items. Item or product must be in original packaging and un-used.
